Bibblio: The Smart Related Posts Plugin

There has been a string of plugin hacks made on WordPress plugins in recent months. Among the plugins that were breached was the extremely popular Related Posts plugin. With the hack all of the sites that used it needed to quickly remove it to prevent a site breach. It has been several months since this event and the author still hasn’t released a replacement. The bloggers who used this plugin have looked for a replacement but none have really been up to the task till now. I recently found the Bibblio plugin while looking for a replacement for CoffeeWithStarla.com.
What I found was that Bibblio is a superb replacement for related posts. It is easy to set up and install on a WordPress site. You create an account at Bibblio and then install the plugin. Once the two sites are connected Bibblio will scan all the posts on your site and begin to create a keyword database. Once the scan is finished the new related posts will begin to appear. The posts scan doesn’t take long but as always is dependent on how many posts you have.
One word of caution: only install the plugin on your site. Do not use the header inserts or anything else.
To see this plugin in action here is a photo from CoffeeWithStarla.com. Also, be sure to visit the site and read the articles and click through to various related posts to see exactly how it works.
If you have any questions about installing this plugin and optimizing it I would be glad to help. Feel free to contact me and we can talk. A quick email will make the connection. I look forward to helping you grow your website.
